Personally, I’ve been trying to compassionately work with my own part that’s constantly busy trying to control an outcome, produces urgently from a place of lack and panic, and literally last night when doing some full in the blank journal prompts I discovered that one of this parts primary fears is being perceived as “a fuck up who can’t get it together” - then this piece is the first one I clicked on when opening this app today. So feels like you and the universe just gave that part of me permission - to see the fuck up as the source of power rather than some kind of test I’ve failed (again).
