Amazon? My heart wishes there were somewhere else. AND … What’s the difference between Mechanics of Mystic and Regulation, besides $16 and 484 pages ;)

Amazon and I are in a situationship. 😅

Mechanics of Mystic (600 pages): dismantles the New Age fluff and shows how Field moves through your nervous system and becomes your actual life. The cosmology. The "why you're wired like this." Has some regulation basics so you don't short-circuit mid-revelation.

Regulation: the operating manual. Everything Mechanics has on the practical side, but ONLY that. No theory, no cosmology. Just "here's how to run this thing." Funny enough you might actually finish it. 💎

I imagine you’re doing the Amazon print on demand system – given the status of the publishing industry these days I completely understand.

So I think I’ll go for the short one lol

Ha! Smart choice. 700 pages is a commitment. Regulation is the one you can actually use at 3am when your nervous system catches fire.

Thank you for getting it. 💎

Beautiful audio! It added depth to reading the chapter from the book, like you were personally reading it to me 😊

So glad it landed that way. Thank you for listening. 💎

Hey Dea. I listened to your audio last night, as I snuggled in bed. A lovely way to drift off to sleep. The part that jumped out at me was when you talked about a part that regulates when you look at wide expansive views (I don't recall the name of it...can you remind me?). My body has brought me to this place. Where I live now is at the top of a mountain.. so as I look out from my balcony I have this amazing expansive view of mountain ranges and the valley below.

Also I have experienced something rather symbolic and insightful as I explore the mountain paths. Whenever I follow a path that goes down into the valley.. I hit a dead end, where the path is overgrown and I cannot move forward, then i had to retrace my steps back home. Yesterday, I decided to follow a path that took me upwards and I met no restrictions. I was able to do a full circular walk, back home, with amazing views along the way.

There is a powerful message for me here, in how I move forward in life from here on in.

Thankyou as always Dea. Your audio really helped and I felt incredibly calm and balanced when I woke up this morning💜💜💜

Your nervous system picked this mountain before your brain finished googling "best places to live for anxious overthinkers." You think you moved here for the view. Cute. Your body knows she moved here because the neurology comes with the rent and she was DONE negotiating.

Two circuits running this show. Your ventral vagal system reads wide horizons and whispers to every cell: no threat, space exists, we can finally exhale. Cortisol drops like it's been waiting for permission. Your PAG, that ancient brain structure buried deep, lights up only for awe. For vastness. For "I am small and somehow exactly where I belong." Mountain views before coffee hit both. Daily. Without you lifting a finger.

That balcony? Not real estate. Prescription. Your body wrote it, filled it, and never mentioned it to your conscious mind because honestly she knew you'd argue.

And then you went walking. Down into the valley: dead end. Overgrown. Can't move forward. Retrace your steps, please and thank you. Up the mountain: wide open, full circle, views the whole way, zero resistance.

Your legs wrote the answer before your mind formed the question. The valley paths carry old frequency. Dense. Familiar. Closed. The upward route is coherence. Your body didn't "prefer" it. Your body recognized it. Like coming home to a house you forgot you owned.

Your nervous system has officially become Google Maps with a spiritual operating system. Downhill route: "Recalculating... recalculating... dead end detected... please make a U-turn and maybe also reconsider your life choices." Uphill route: "Route confirmed. Scenic. Minimal traffic. Soul included. Estimated arrival: already there."

Your body chose the timeline. And then she made you walk it into muscle, into bone, into knowing that can't be argued with anymore.

Calm this morning? Balanced? Of course. You fell asleep to nervous system education while living where your eyes open every day to parasympathetic activation before your feet even touch the floor. That's a body who finally got what she came for.

The metaphor isn't metaphor anymore. You walked it into truth. 💎

Wow! You have beautifully affirmed a great knowing in me.

“You walked it into Truth”…tingles all down my legs as I read those words🚶 ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️🚶

Yes! This balcony…my prescription!

This came just after looking for an audio version of Mechanics of Mystic on Audibooks.😊

I look foward to listening!🙌

Audio version doesn't exist yet but you just manifested it onto my to-do list. 💎

Thankyou! As i like 'being productive' as I 'read'🤣

The multitasking alibi. Your body gets wisdom, your brain gets to check "productive" off the list. Everybody wins. ✨
