This is so dead on I can’t even finish reading it. Went through this with my ex while he was unemployed and he ended up leaving me and our kids on a one way ticket across the country 2 days after my moms funeral, saying it was all my fault and that my low vibes were holding him back from his true calling. Months later he tried to come back but he was still saying all the stuff and I couldn’t let him.
He was literally saying “I have no shadow” “ I have no ego” and thank fully I know better what those phrases are really indicating. There is this familiar very deep breathing that comes with these phrases that is less relaxing and more of a gasping because the breaths aren’t actually working, touching the head a lot with the hands, odd laughter, pacing…. It’s fucking haunting and I’ve seen it before
