When DNA Starts Singing: A Cosmic Conversation with Sol Luckman
Or: What Happens When Two Rebellious Mystics Meet and Discuss Everything from DNA Activation to Why Your Body Is an Oracle

You know that feeling when you’re casually scrolling through your notifications and then, BAM, someone whose work literally rewires consciousness at the DNA level invites you to go Live with them on Substack? Yeah. That happened.
Sol Luckman, award-winning author, sonic alchemist extraordinaire, and the brilliant mind behind the Regenetics Method, invited me to join him for a conversation on his podcast Sol Luckman Uncensored. And let me tell you, this wasn’t just a chat. This was a frequency collision. A neural symphony. A meeting of minds that went from Dubrovnik ice cream to inner alchemy to why your body is basically a walking oracle and you’ve been ignoring its texts.
If you missed it live, don’t worry, the replay is waiting for you like a cosmic gift wrapped in stardust and sass.
Who Is Sol Luckman? (And Why You Need to Know)
Let me paint you a picture: Sol is the kind of human who looked at chronic illness, said “nah,” and together with his beautiful partner Leah, co-created a method of sound healing that activates dormant DNA. Not metaphorically. Literally.
And can we take a moment to honor this? Because the Regenetics Method was born from partnership, from two souls navigating the darkness of illness together, using Tarot as a guide, and emerging with a gift for humanity. Together they developed something that changes lives at the cellular level.
He’s the author of books like Conscious Healing, Potentiate Your DNA, Get Out of Here Alive, and the visionary novel Snooze: A Story of Awakening which, by the way, weaves astral projection, Tarot, and permaculture into a story so effortlessly brilliant that I stayed up past my bedtime reading it (and I have kids, so you know it’s good).
But here’s what really gets me: Sol (alongside Lee) works with vocal codes. He uses the sound of the human voice, specific vowel frequencies aligned with the ancient Solfeggio scale, to clear energetic distortions in the biofield and literally reprogram your genetic expression. Let me say that again for the people in the back: Your voice can heal your DNA. No tools. No ceremony. Just you, your breath, and the primordial intelligence of sound itself. Think of it this way: Your DNA is like a cosmic library, but someone came in and tore out pages. Sol’s work helps you get those pages back. And the key? Your own voice.
What We Talked About (Spoiler: Everything)
Our conversation was like a rollercoaster through multiple dimensions, with stops at:
🌀 The Paradox of Existence
Life is a paradox, and we dove headfirst into it. We’re light, we’re love, we’re infinite consciousness... and yet, we’re also walking around on a dense rock in space, occasionally buying overpriced coffee and wondering why we still haven’t learned our lesson about red flags in relationships.
Sol and I both agreed: somewhere “out there,” some cosmic version of us said, “Let’s do an experiment. Let’s take something beautifully ethereal and shove it into something extremely dense. Let’s see what happens.”
Spoiler: What happens is Earth. What happens is us. What happens is this gorgeous, messy, heartbreaking, hilarious dance of forgetting who we are so we can remember again.
🃏 Tarot as a Portal (Not Fortune-Telling)
We geeked out hard on Tarot. Sol shared how the Tarot was actually a guide during his darkest days of illness, it helped him and his partner navigate decisions that eventually led to the development of Regenetics.
I shared my own journey with the cards, how my mother taught me that Tarot isn’t about fortune-telling, it’s about seeing the vector of energy and choosing to change it. It’s superposition in action. It’s quantum play.
🧠 Your Nervous System Is an Oracle
One of the things Sol said that hit me like lightning: Your body is trying to communicate with you through cravings. Not “bad” cravings. Not “unhealthy” desires. Your body, this miraculous, oracular instrument, is speaking to you. And most of us have been taught to ignore it, suppress it, shame it.
This resonates deeply with me: in fact, I wrote an entire book about it called Oracular Flesh, where I explore how the body isn’t just a vessel; it’s an oracle for this dimension and all the others. Your flesh knows things your mind has forgotten. Your cells carry memories from lifetimes, from star systems, from the Field itself. When Sol talks about cravings as communication, he’s speaking the same language I write in: the body is the ultimate divination tool, and we’ve been taught to ignore its whispers.
🌌 The Fractal God Experiment
This is where things got cosmic. Sol talked about his upcoming book on inner alchemy, and the concept is mind-bending: We live in a fractal construct created by a divine being who was once just like us: lost, confused, trying to figure it out.
That being alchemized their existence, graduated from their matrix, became a god... and then decided to create another experiment. And that experiment? That’s us. We’re in one gigantic endless fractal chain of creation. When we “graduate” from this experiment, we move on to create the next one. We become gods of our own universes. I can’t wait for this book. Seriously. Sol, hurry up. (But also take your time because genius can’t be rushed.)
💀 Death as a Portal, Not an Ending
Sol’s book Get Out of Here Alive reframes death not as a terminus, but as a frontier. An inner alchemical passage.
We talked about how most people are afraid of death because they think it’s the end. But what if it’s just another graduation? Another experiment complete, another galaxy waiting? What if the whole point is to live so fully, so authentically, that when it’s time to go, you’re not clinging, you’re leaping?
Why This Conversation Matters
Here’s the thing: Sol and I connected through humor. Not the fake, spiritual-bypassing kind. The real, irreverent, “we’re-all-just-cosmic-fools-figuring-it-out” kind. Because spirituality without humor is just... exhausting. And humor without depth is empty.
We’re living in a time when most people still believe they are being lived instead of living. They think they’re victims of their DNA, their past, their circumstances.
But Sol’s work, and honestly, the work of anyone doing real inner alchemy, shows us that we are the experiment, the scientist, and the lab all at once.
You can change your genetic expression with the sound of your voice. You can shift timelines with a breath. You can refuse a “bad” Tarot card and choose another reality (just like kids do, they don’t accept limitations, they just pick again). Superposition in practice. You are that powerful.
And if you don’t believe me, maybe you’ll believe the guy who’s been doing this work for decades and has watched people heal “incurable” conditions by learning to sing their cells awake.
The Replay Is Waiting for You
If you want to experience the full magic: the laughter, the downloads, the moments where we both just paused and said, “Wow, yes, that“… you need to watch the replay.
Sol called me his “non-romantic twin flame” and a “punk rock spirituality writer,” which might be the best compliment I’ve ever received. He praised my writing (in English, which isn’t even my first language) above other brilliant authors he’s had on the show. I nearly cried. Then I grabbed a crystal and kept going because that’s what we do.
We talked about Yugoslavia, about how collective systems were dismantled because they were too dangerous (heaven on Earth for 50 years? Can’t have that). We talked about why astrology isn’t about planets “out there” affecting you, you ARE the planets. We talked about lucid dreaming while awake, about why your deck needs to feel like yours, about why beauty is a lie… And through it all, there was this undercurrent of deep recognition. Two souls who’ve been doing the work, walking the weird path, and refusing to play small.
Final Thoughts (Or: Why I’m Still Buzzing)
This conversation reminded me why I do what I do. Why I write in a language that isn’t my native tongue. Why I mix cosmic wisdom with sass. Why I refuse to sanitize the spiritual path into something palatable. Because the real work is messy. It’s funny. It’s profound. It’s paradoxical.
And when you meet someone like Sol, someone who gets it, who’s lived it, who’s built a method that literally helps people reclaim their divine birthright through sound… you realize: we’re not alone in this.
There are others out there, walking the edge, holding the frequency, and saying, “Hey, you’re more powerful than you think. Let me show you.” So go watch the replay. Let Sol’s voice (and mine) become part of your field. Let the ideas land. Let the humor crack you open.
And then go practice. Go breathe. Go sing to your DNA. Because you, my love, are a cosmic experiment in progress. And it’s time to graduate.

Much love, many frequencies, infinite gratitude. 💫🔮✨
P.S. If this resonated, please like, restack, and share. Let’s get this frequency out into the field. The more people who remember they can heal with sound, the better this whole experiment goes.

I love listening and learning from the both of you! It’s refreshing to hear people actually discuss their own experiences, ideas, and solutions to some of life’s biggest challenges!❤️👍✌️🤘
Loved, loved, loved this exchange, my friend! Thanx for sharing your additional profound thoughts on what we got up to! 🙏 🙏 🙏
