True. The nervous system doesn't actually care what's flowing through the open door. Money, love, opportunity, rest, creative ideas... it's all the same signal to your tissue. 🌊

For most of human history, survival depended on rhythm, not tension

Our true ancestors walked in relationship; with each other, with animals, with seasons, with death itself.

Peace was not naïveté; it was ecological intelligence. To be at ease in the world was to belong to it.

What “got us here” biologically is not constant readiness, but adaptability. And adaptability includes knowing when vigilance is no longer required.

Relaxation and alignment are not a betrayal of ancestry but remembrance of it.

Agreed. Though I'd add: the body doesn't read essays about what's ancestral. It reads whether your jaw is clenched right now. 🌿
