I definitely was putting these to use already, especially my unconscious one in the 6th house resulted in a big and deep breakthrough about my resistance... - which is such a great reassurance. :)
I loved the concrete exercise for practical embodiment: I giggled loud about the elevator example, because that is something I live by. Big, smile and looking into the eyes at entering, mostly reacting to something silly we can both see. :)
Now off to contemplate more on this.. Great post with equal amounts of humour and useful actions, top! ❤️

Yes!! Mercury is transiting my 4th and I’m just extra super motivated to help my daughter setting up her work and other things! It won’t be in Aries for long though until next month as we have to brace for another retrograde 😬

It’s been tough last days.. now it’s identified and I can release, come back to inner child (this time..) and have fun and enjoy my new way of doing things (less yang (😅) more yin and channeled and aligned). Essentials oils, chanting mantra and massages help as well as forest.

I also note people mention it’s “currently in”. For the non-Astro masters among us, how would we know what planets are moving through which houses right now? Do we really need the cosmic roadmap for this moment or is our birth programming sufficient?
