Scrolled for motivation. Tried to force a vision. Stared at the screen like it owed you a revelation and the screen just sat there like a therapist who charges by the hour and says nothing.

Let the weight move down. Let the ankles receive you. Let the soles remember earth, pressure, gravity, the old mercy of being held without performing. No one needs to become a phoenix before breakfast. Especially before coffee. That’s how people end up journaling about destiny while ignoring unpaid invoices.
Long exhale with sound.
Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds. Exhale on vvvvv or mmmm for 8 seconds. Repeat 6 times. The goal is a stable signal.
Feel the sound move through the throat. Let it hum against the chest like a small engine returning to rhythm. Let the body hear itself and soften by one honest millimeter. Your vagus nerve loves this kind of thing. She is basically an ancient priestess with a Bluetooth headset, waiting for you to stop spiraling and send a clear ticket.
Do less vision-hunting. Skip the motivational scroll. That thing will take your already-soft signal and scatter it across thirteen strangers, one productivity reel, and a woman making sourdough in linen like she has never met cortisol.
This wave moves toward clearing the ground. Build the floor first. Later, the creative wave will have somewhere to land.
