I go through a lot of what you wrote, but I calm down…sometimes it takes a while but I can sit with it and observe. Lately, I have been wondering if it’s trauma or some autistic traits. I really do have difficulties with socialising. I look at it like George Carlin said, something like I can talk one on one and have a good convo, but a third person enters and the dynamic changes, becomes less honest and more of a mask, as the number of people increases, the mask wearing is more pronounced, stuff like that. Do you ever notice? Do you stay authentic? Because it’s an interesting dynamic to observe. Thanks for writing!🤪🌳🦦☮️🫶

Carlin nailed it. The more people in the room, the thicker the performance. One-on-one is truth. Three becomes theatre.

Authentic? I try. But the body adapts. That's not fake. That's survival software doing its job. The question is whether you're aware you're wearing the mask or whether the mask is wearing you.

Trauma or autism? Maybe both. Maybe neither. Maybe just a nervous system that feels the field more than most. Either way, sitting with it and observing IS the work. You're already doing it.

Thank you for the Carlin reference and the zoo of emojis. 🦦🌳💎

LOL, I am an emoji full of emotions😬. Some people probably don’t like them but I think they add a bit of humor if used in the proper context, which I am unaware of🥴.

I like watching Carlin videos…keeping it real!
