Hi! Love this post. Just wondering, what do you mean by figure 8s when we do the connect the dots practice going down the front and back?

Imagine this

your very first inhale

not through your nose

but through your yoni

Let that breath travel

Feel it moving from your vagina

through your perineum

up along your spine

all the way to the crown of your head

or even beyond

to what I call the Source

Now keep following that flow

as it curves gently down the front of your body

entering through your navel

spiraling into your kidneys

and from there

the rest of it slides down along the back of your legs

right down the central line of each leg’s backside

This is where the meridian of the bladder flows

Both kidneys and bladder belong to the Water element in traditional Chinese medicine

The kidneys lift energy

The bladder releases it downward

So now

ride that line all the way to the heart of the Earth

Sink into her core

Pause there

Feel it

And now

inhale again

this time straight from Earth’s core

Let that energy rise up through the back of your legs

through the meridian of the kidneys

which begins at the soles of the feet and moves up the inner thighs

Draw it into your perineum

Squeeze gently to guide it upward along your spine

to the crown

or the Source above

From there

let it descend down the front of your body

crossing over through the roof of your mouth

tongue touching the palate as a bridge

and continuing down to your navel

It enters the kidneys again

and as you release

it naturally flows back down through the bladder meridian

completing the loop

This to me is the Infinity Loop

An inner figure eight

The Earth’s core is the bottom of the eight

The Source above your crown is the top

They meet and intertwine through the kidneys

the Hara

the deep center of life force

That is the circuit

That is the magic

That is the breath that opens worlds

I look out for your posts for this kind of juice! my daily Into-me-I-see ritual after my shower has had me perfecting the loop of sexual energy around my body to fire me up for the day. been practicing it for years.

Helps me remain happily celibate, by choice, my ritual is sacred, not to be demeaned by the practical.

I am sure it's why I am still regularly ovulating at (almost) 55...

This is pure alchemy. Your ovulations are basically love notes from your sacred fire, pulsing through time. That ritual sounds like walking tantra – a devotion to self that radiates. And ‘Into-me-I-see’? Instant favorite. Thank you for this raw, potent spark. 🌟🌀🔥

Just wanted to chime in on this topic: once one has learned to shepherd sexual energy, how to distribute it throughout the bodymind in a natural way?

The Ming Men collects and balances electrical energy in the body. Good article with illustration below. ☯️

“The Ming Men point plays a vital role, well, in vitality. This energy epicenter takes cooling Yin energy and warming Yang energy from the Kidneys. This, in turn, provides the body with balanced Qi to the Zang-Fu organs. “
